The MICROM 2025 Conference – MICROplastics in Organic-rich Matrices will take place at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vojvodina, located in Master Center Braće Popović 5, within the premises of the Novi Sad Fair, Hall 13 & Hall 14.
This modern venue is a part of the leading fair institution in Serbia, but its scope of activities does not encompass only organising exhibitions; it provides an ideal setting for the event, with its historical significance and contemporary facilities.
The conference system of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vojvodina consists of various conference rooms and equipment used for organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, meetings, and other events.
How to get to the Venue?
By train: Novi Sad is one of the destinations on the international route Vienna-Budapest-Belgrade-Istanbul.
By car/coach: Novi Sad is located on the E75 motorway (Budapest-Belgrade). It is 350 km away from Budapest and 80 km from Belgrade. The E70 (Zagreb-Belgrade) motorway runs in the vicinity of Novi Sad.
Parking: The are several parking lots, with a capacity of several hundred vehicles. Parking is free of charge when no events are in progress. Recommendation: the attendees can park their vehicles across the street from the Master Centre, in Mičurinova Street, here. Parking is charged throughout the year, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Please check the blue traffic signs and find out about the price and number of the SMS message you need to send.
- In the very vicinity of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vojvodina, there is a parking lot with 87 parking spaces, behind the Master Centre in Branka Bajića Street.
- Next to the main entrance to the Fair, between the Master Centre and Hall 3, there is a parking lot with 200 places, while the fairground can accommodate around 1,000 vehicles.
- The visitors can park their vehicles across the street from the Master Centre, next to the Faculty of Medicine, in Novosadskog sajma street and next to Hall 7, in Hajduk Veljkova street.
By bus: Public transportation is very convenient, with a bus stop near the venue. The following bus lines serve the area, ensuring easy access: 3, 5, 8, 11 A and 11 B run by the Novi Sad Fair.
A prepaid ticket can be bought at kiosks around the City (locations), or simply buy a paper (daily) ticket from the bus driver. Tickets purchased from the driver, whether it is a one-way ticket or a paper daily ticket, are not intended for validation. The user of the NSmart (prepaid plastic) card of JGSP “Novi Sad” is obliged to validate their card for transportation when entering the vehicle.
Validation is very simple and fast. It is sufficient for the user to bring their personalised NSmart card within 5-8 cm of the validator when entering the vehicle. The validator is an orange device located at the first and second doors of the bus.
